I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was the most advanced and safest models available. I knew that I was in the very best possible care. Their equipment was very state-of-the-art. It's been quite some time since I've last seen Dr. Franklin, but I plan on returning for routine follow-ups. The doctor is knowledgeable and doesn't blow-off a patients symptoms just because he can't see or hear it with a particular test. He will exhaust all options before making any conclusions. The staff knows what they're doing, and were able to answer most of my questions; the only ones they don't are the ones they ask me to ask the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
