They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was somewhat disappointed at their unresponsiveness. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions during our appointment. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I have decided to not continue to see this doctor after my post surgery follow-ups were not resolving my issues and continued to cause me a great deal of pain.
