The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I thought the doctor was friendly enough, but they could have been a little more welcoming. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.dr.johnson said he would send my wifes tonsils to lab for testing.and he did not send to lab he decided on his own not to have them tested.he lied to us.also my wife had serious complications after sugery almost 10 hours in pacu and he didn't even come to check on her condition.would not reccomend him to anyone.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
