I went for my follow up visit 4 weeks after leaving inpatient rehab after a stroke and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before going to the desk to cancel. They acted like they could care less and the office manager came over to say they were running behind. She was very rude and defensive. She didn’t even ask if I wanted a follow up appt. Not impressed with this office at all.
