They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
