The building is dirty, the house obviously needs some repair, weeds in front and back needs cutting and the cats run rampant! I've counted at least seven cat (no collars) numerous times. There should be some health care concerns for anyone who frequents this office considering that this women harbhors stray cats and feeds them out of her back door. Makes for a very bad neighbor.
