One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
