I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit Dr Stewart again because he is so over booked that waiting over an hour past your appointment time is crazy. I felt like cattle and not his patient. I was very disappointed.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I knew that scheduling all of my procedures on the same day would really increase my risk for complications, but they wanted to do it anyway. I wish they had made my safety more of a priority. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.
