I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They are very inconsiderate about thier customers time and the nurses can't even let you know whats going on they just let you sit in the room My appointment was for 2:30 and finally left at 3:45 and never saw Steve.
