I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
