They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
