Dr. Buker is an extraordinary doctor and mentor of young doctors 100% dedicated to the well being and good health of his patients and community. I had the honor of serving with him as a student in 1969 and still have followed his long career in Chester, even now. I saw him manage many difficult situations with grace and creativity.
