It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, NEVER AGAIN
