I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
