I have been treated by Dr. Caras and his staff for over a year and have no idea if I am getting better or worse. When I ask questions, he always says "we'll have to see what the test results say." I have virtually no confidence that they care about me getting better or communicating with me. I have ALWAYS had to call for my test results and am tranferred over and over again until someone tells me that they will leave him a message with my request (which has never been returned). Unfortunately, this is the only provider in the area that accepts TRICARE, but I am thinking about driving to that DFW area to see someone else, things have gotten this ba.

I was treated terribly. Dr. Caras has horrible bedside manner, he acts like a cranky old man who is bothered that you are sick and need help. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
