I've been going to Dr. Grainger for 5 years and he is a kind, caring, compassionate doctor. The thing I love even more than the doctor is the fact that he doesn't make appointments. If you want to be the first person he sees, you get there early. He takes patients in the order in which they arrive. He also doesn't waste patient time seeing Pharmaceutical salespeople, yet he always has samples of drugs. His staff is friendly and efficient and you could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
