Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
