Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been seeing Dr. Emery for the past 5 years with all 4 of my boys and have been very happy with the care we have recieved there.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
