Recent Reviews
The office is open only four days a week. Over the Christmas holiday they were closed for two weeks with no notifications made in advance to patients and thus I had to convince an on-call doctor to refill my prescriptions after Foutz's staff had originally said a five business day notification would be plenty of time for them to take care of my refills. The office's answering service wasn't even aware that the office was closed for two weeks. While I think Foutz provides good care, I do not feel that his practice is available enough to meet patient needs.
