My girlfriend underwent surgery performed by Dr. Brad Remington and had an unpleasant experience. He explains that there are complications that occur with these types of surgeries. He also led her to believe that he would fix it for a small fee. When she went back to do so the original understood fee was now 4x what was understood. Our fault for not getting it in writing but he certainly was not concerned about patient satisfaction and went round and round about the whats and whys for what he was charging. Beware! We will pay more to someone else to have it fixed right. Not another dollar for Brad Remington from us.

Their office was well organized and clean. Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt comfortable going into surgery. They've never been critical of my appearance, and I felt supported and encouraged. I was glad that they gave me a cost estimate before my initial procedure. I was able to budget and plan for my procedure, and didn't get any unexpected bills afterward. However I'm frustrated and disappointed that I need to get a 2nd procedure. I was not prepared for or expecting this.
