I like Dr. Theil and the other staff at Tri-City ENT. My only issue was that it was often a long wait in the waiting room before being called back, then another long wait in the exam room before seeing the doctor. Even when my appointment was in the morning. I haven't been there in about a year and a half, but have another appointment scheduled in 2 weeks. I was happy they were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly.
