I would not recommend going to the place of business unless you want all of your personal information for others to see, the office manager has taken bags upon bags of patients personal information home with her to dispose of.. Not only is this unethical but completely against hipaa regulations. I know personally i wouldnt want my information to leave this office. They should have a shredder box to dispose of all patients medical records and demographics.
