They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective. They greatly exaggerated what they could do for me and made multiple false promises. I felt outright lied to.
