In response to Hillary's comment below I believe that her issue is that she did and still does have a bill with our office. Hillary had given us the wrong insurance information more than once. We tried to correct this issue with 4-6 calls over a 9 month period and then the bill became the patients responsibility. I have been with this practice for 21 years and have NEVER received a complaint. Our new office assistant, who has been with us for over a year, is the nicest person that I know. Our prices are equal to or lower than other offices in our area.
