Hammered right jaw with Trigeminal neuralgia, swollen red face and tongue swelled numb and palate numb half side. Had to see ENT and GI specialists afterward. When asked for notes he stated he rewrote them and when stated illegal to do so, he refused notes then FIVE YEARS of neurological symptoms suffered from an injury allegedly from another local chiropractor. He then worked with no license after December 31, 2011 according to NC licensing board to February 2014 according to his own testimony. Chief of police found out within a year and issued no misdemeanor.
