I had regular appointments with Joan from 2005 -2006. She was very patient and helpful as I had & still have metabolic syndrome. I have used her helpful hints & directions to this day. I plan to go to her once again as I have a new subset of problems with lactose intolerance & possible other food allergies. Joan is professional & very friendly.
