I don't usually write a bad review but I was very disappointed with my first and only appointment with Kathy.
I feel like for the high price she charged I was expecting more. We had a 1 hour appointment via internet - well by the time we started with all the issues we lost a good 15 minutes. Thinking that she was going to make up the time at the end - instead she rushed me off because she had another appointment lined up.
Not only that but she basically told me things I already knew from reading on line. I guess I was expecting more from her like setting me up with some kind of meal plan or menu that I could follow.
I would not recommend her when all you have to do is google it!!
