Staff were pleasant, waiting room pleasant and well ventilated. (I was flummoxed by the "odor" comment in the draft review. It did not at all apply to this office, and seemed off the wall.) I arrived early to fill out paperwork, then waited to be put into RD's office. Was put in 1 hour after the scheduled time. Watched an education video for a half-hour. RD arrived, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very understanding -- gave me nearly two hours of her clinical time. Total visit was nearly 4 hours, but it was a first visit. I was satisfied. My only suggestion is that they provide better support -- a table -- for writing out extensive forms. Hard to do this on one's lap, even with a clip board. I ended up finishing the paperwork in the office before the clinician came in.
