Pamela helps those with eating disorders from dysfunctional eating to life threatening eating disorders. From overeating to binge eating disorder. From the weekend warrior to those trying to navigate mid life issues. From the vegan to the 'paleo diet' . Most sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Packages are available. Pamela stays on top of current nutrition science and has almost 20 years experience in the field that she continues to love and learn from. She can help you clear up misconceptions about food and nutrition and help bring you to the nutrition balance you desire.
