Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I didn't feel any more relaxed after my massage. The massage didn't help me at all.

I was disappointed that they didn't give me any sort of warning before they were coming in the massage room. I wasn't ready for them to come in yet and they should have at least knocked. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
