They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I appreciated that they personalized my massage, instead of just giving me a basic, generic massage. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new.
