To do that, BodyWorks offers a full 60 minutes on the table for its Hour Massage. We do not pretend it is an hour, it is a full hour. This is necessary for the body to fully let go and allows the muscles to remember their more natural relaxed state.
The space at BodyWorks is a feeling to be experienced. It is warm, friendly, compassionate and safe. Many tell us that they begin to feel better as soon as they walk in the door.
BodyWorks has been serving Plymouth, Michigan and the surrounding area since 1998. As one of the oldest massage therapy centers that is still in business, it has also won numerous awards ... BodyWorks is conveniently located in Plymouth's Old Village in a charming 105 year old Victorian Home. Within BodyWorks are three therapy rooms and a small retail space where natural and alternative healing books, CD's, incense, candles and other products are sold. BodyWorks is also a learning center and hosts a number of classes and workshops to help educate its clientele. Classes such as meditation, breathwork, reiki, pranic healing are common as well as many more.
