I pride myself in delivering a specially designed therapeutic massage treatment for each client in a caring and safe environment.
Communicating individually with each client to determine session goals and making their time a satisfying and enjoyable experience is foremost in my mind.
My training was received at an accredited Technical Career College for Therapeutic Massage called Health Enrichment Center where I studied under the guiding hand of the well known author of Mosby’s Basic Science textbook for Soft Tissue and Movement Therapies, Sandy Fritz. Ms. Fritz has authored other textbooks and written exam questions for the National Certification Board as well. Here I received instruction incorporating: therapeutic massage, sports massage, reflexology, polarity, kinesiology, myofascial release, passive and active exercise and acupressure.
Through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork I have been certified and am always striving to pursue knowledge of new modalities. My continuing training has broadened my scope of practice to include Healing Stone Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy/Essential Oils, CranioSacral Therapy and completion of certification in Pre and Perinatal Massage and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques.
My goal is to make your massage interval a gratifying experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
