I've visited Mary Raven several times at Balanced Health Concepts over the last 1.5 yrs. She is very professional and competent, strong and fit (former military), but has a gentle and welcoming demeanor. She practices yoga, and it shows. Her massages are relaxing and restorative, and I definitely felt helped by them, which is why I became a regular client.
