I have been serving Nixa and surrounding areas for over 15 years now as a Professional Massage Therapist and now I am taking my services to a deeper level, as a Professional Health & Wellness Coach and Counselor.

Becoming Certified as a Health & Wellness Coach and as a Holistic Health Counselor has been a dream come true for me. As my own Wellness and Health has improved over the years I feel I have much to offer others on their journeys toward their optimal health goals and their personal vision for better Wellbeing.

I am grateful to now take my healing practice forward to my clients for even more empowering, deeper levels of change for Wellbeing. Change for life long happiness toward an integrated balanced life is truly the best gift we give ourselves, and I am grateful to be on the journey for myself as well as others.
