I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. great massage
