The reception room at Body in Balance is cozy and professional. I have never had to wait for my appointment to start. I love that she plays nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. The room is nice and warm and she has lotions for those of us with sensitive noses. There are a variety of massages to choose from. Kathleen is so friendly and professional. She makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. I have been going here since 2005.
