Our studio equipment is based on creating functional movement patterns that have a carryover to everyday activities and sports. We use dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, several different cable systems, balance apparatus, slacklines and more.

I am an AFAA certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher. My Yoga certifications come from a local Power Yoga studio as well as YogaFit.
Elite Physiques is a small Personal Training studio with a dedicated room for Yoga classes. Our Yoga studio is perfect for a small class (generally 3-6 people) so that you can be sure to get personal instruction and assistance when needed. We offer a friendly, non-competitive environment for your practice.
I am teaching 4 classes per week, all of them Mixed Level.
Monday @ 7:00pm
Wednesday @ 6:00pm
Thursday @ 6:00pm
