The staff was friendly after I asked them for help, but before that I didn't get much attention. I would advise everyone I know to avoid this place! They keep their fitness equipment fairly up to date. Everything seems safe, but it's not state-of-the-art or anything. I wish the staff had been a little more forthcoming with information. They barely answered any of the questions I asked them, and when they did.... I got conflicting information from the different "trainers" ! I can't think of anyone I would recommend to this provider. While charging 3x that of alot of gyms, on the selling point of "Womens Only" the owner/maintance guy is there EVERY DAY!! On one occasion, he was even using the machines!!

I visited and became a member of the south Mademoiselle the first of this month. I have had great training and will begin taking the water classes next week. Its fun and I hope to see some changes soon.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
