Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. and Timothy is incredibly talented. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. . I love that I can call ahead and schedule an appointment. I never have to wonder if they'll be able to fit me in when I show up. I had quite a few questions about the services, treatments, etc. and the competent staff was happy to answer every single one.

I left Timothy's feeling special and well taken care of. My appointment was on time and all my questions were answered. I found Timothy to be knowledgable and friendly- we had a delightful conversation as he completed my facial. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a place in Madeira.
