TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS! When they sign you up for a couple personal training sessions, they do not tell you that it's a 16 month contract that you are agreeing to. They have you sign electronically to confirm your appt and then they place that signature on an electronic contract. When management was notified of the lack of explanation from their sales staff, they put the blame on the customer and shrugged off any responsibilities. I've never witnessed such terrible customer service or blatant fraud.
