This was the MOST HORRBLE salon experience I have ever had. I bought the special coupon on the streets of NYC that offered a 400 dollar value and was promised great things...but what I saw was a dirty place that had absolutely no order. The receptionist was the manager and the manacurist as well. She was clueless and completely unprofessional. To get a hair cut and facial took nearly 4 hours! My appointment was at 2:30 and I left at 6:00
Everyone there was there for that same special coupon deal too, which I found odd. Clearly they don't have any regular customers for a reason...they are horrible!!!!! Most of the women I talked to waited over an hour to get their hair washed, then another hour to get their hair cut. We had been promised wine and beverages and got a half-full glass of tap water. People were to anxious to get out of there that most women didn't even bother to get the other 3 services that were promised through the coupon (eye-brow wax, facial, manicure). The place was the most unsanitary salon I have ever seen! There were around 25 women waiting, with only 3 stylists to assist. At one point my stylist was doing 5 people at one time! Everyone there was disapointed with the whole experience ( to say the least) but many women left angry that their hair has been ruined (I was highly skpetical of the skill level of these 3 stylists). One woman wanted her roots touched up, and instead got her whole head coated in bleach. The result was not pretty, but the stylist was not remorseful in the least!! She even still wanted the girl to pay, and grabbed her when she refused. It was totally inappropriate.

IN CONCLUSION THIS WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL SPA EXPERIENCE AND I'M JUST HAPPY IT IS OVER!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO TO THIS SALON and don't buy the NARDI coupon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
