They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
