Service was truly horrible.Refused to answer any of my questions or address my concerns.Made appointment due to nasty eye virus and ended up with "routine" eye exam and a (weak) prescription for glasses.High pressure sales tactics for expensive glasses which I declined and they act as if I insulted them.Acted as though I would be in trouble for not following doctors orders.

Seems their office has a disdain for Medicare plan.Doctor messed up billing codes,which led to insurance coverage being declined.Which led to a another bill even though I paid in full at time of service.Many appeals to medicare and several contacts woth the doctor and the separate billing office later, the $260 charge for the "routine eye exam" was settled for the $168 I paid at time of service.100% out of pocket cost for patient.

A mile or so down the same street they offer routine eye exams FREE with eye glass purchase.
