They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments.
