They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.

After making our first appointment we had to wait weeks for them. Then when we got there we were told that the doctor had an emergency and had to leave. This took 2 hours out of our day and a lot of traveling time. Still we gave them a second chance and made another appointment and when we got there we were told the doctor decided to retire. The doctor may be having some kind of breakdown but is stupidity contagious or did he just surround himself with stupid people? Both times someone was supposed to call us but no one ever did. There were no messages on the machine.

Eyemasters should be embarrassed having their name on this store.

Avoid this place at all costs if you want to keep your sanity.
