They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
