Dr does not give a proper full eye exam. Blames the lab for late glasses orders and glasses were very low quality. Management there is a joke. Super rude!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
