They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
