Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. The office was easy enough to find. The receptionist was exceedingly rude to me on the phone. I was told that it would take Dr. Hebert's office an indeterminate amount of time to fax my records to another physician. They were not at all helpful working with me in this situation.

I was not pleased with the reception I got-very rude and rushed. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Hebert..His wife is so unfriendly. Everytime I call it's like she doesn't want to hear what I have to say or even finish saying. She is extremely RUDE. I have been to Dr. Hebert for many years. Since I was young, but because of his wife, I will no longer be going there and neither will my children. Sadly, I have heard this from quite a few people who feel the same
